I am currently a fifth year Ph.D. Candidate in Economics at the University of Kentucky and I will be graduating in August 2017. My primary fields of research are Public Economics and Economics of Education. I am also interested in Behavioral Economics. I am currently studying the spillover effects of educational investments on labor market outcomes across state borders.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics from the University of Dayton in May 2012 and my Master of Science in Economics from the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky in December 2013.

I have taught courses in Principles of Microeconomics and Economics and Business Statistics. This spring I am teaching Intermediate Microeconomics.

Starting August 2017, I will be joining the faculty at Francis Marion University as an Assistant Professor of Economics.
